Returns and Exchange
You can choose to return any product purchased from Handpicked Online Store within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how:
make a return request by downloading and completing the return form. Once completed and signed send the document by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you an email to confirm receipt of your request.
If you are returning or exchanging a Handpicked product, please check the following steps again:
- If your purchase has a label, it will NOT be possible to return the product if the label has been removed,
- Products showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged,
- All returns must include the purchase receipt and must be returned in the original packaging.

Place the product you wish to return in its original packaging and seal it securely. Place the package in a shipping box along with your completed return form and receipt. Make sure the box is sealed before sticking the shipping label.
Customer service will contact a courier to collect and deliver the package.
All returns and replacements are subject to quality control before being accepted. Authorised Handpicked retailers do not offer refunds for products purchased online. To request a refund, please follow the procedure outlined in the applicable Terms and Conditions section. If you choose not to use the pre-paid return label provided, you will be responsible for insurance and shipping costs.
